1/ Form of investment:

A/ SETTLEMENTS TOURISTIC

We offer the possibilityinvestment cooperationin the implementation of tourist settlements using our mobile objects  PREMIUM BOtiny HOUSE.


2/ What does the possibility of joining the cooperation look like in practice?

You specify the amount you can spend on the investment and we:
1. We create a new housing estate or expand the most prosperous one (depending on the amount and other preferences), including the necessary infrastructure, as well as a relaxation zone,
2. Amount allocated to facilities
turns into their implementation and insertion into the booking system,
3. We manage the reservation and the entire facility according to our standards and procedures
4. We provide passive income according to the offer.


3/ Benefits - profit:
The possibilities are based on the Investor's preferences based on the nature of a given settlement and enable the following choice:
1. Fixed passive income of approx. 12% (investment ready), or
2. variable passive income approx. 16%

BOtiny HOUSE invites you to joint investment and business activities if you have your own area.

1/ Form of investment:

A/ SETTLEMENTS TOURISTIC

We offer the possibilityinvestment cooperationin the implementation of tourist settlements using our mobile objects  PREMIUM BOtiny HOUSE.


2/ Your role

1. It is enough that you have an attractive area from our point of view, which is enough for long-term cooperation,
2. With the option of leasing or lending the area to BOtiny HOUSE, where you remain the owner of the area. Your role will be to properly prepare the infrastructure (including media) and create places for recreation in accordance with the joint arrangements expressed in the developed spatial design


3/ Our role:

1. Preparation of the most optimal land development project

2. Delivery of finished objectsthat BOtiny HOUSE
3. Connecting the object to the reservation system and managing it

4/ Other roles to be determined

The following tasks will be agreed individually, according to the possibilities of the parties:

1. Land management
2. Facility service: (cleaning and change of linen)

3. Guest service: (possibility of full automation)


5/ your profit
 

The method of your benefit is adequate to the form of making the area available to us and the scope of cooperation:
1. A one-time profit in the form of cash - when we buy land from you
2. Monthly fixed profit - when you decide
we are going for a classic land lease
3. Profit from each visitor - we use the area without financial obligations and share a fixed % of the booking value


Forms of obtaining profit can also be combined. This will happen, for example, in the case of the sale of land to BOtiny HOUSE and your further willingness to cooperate, e.g. when managing the area, guest service or facilities.

2/ What does the possibility of joining the cooperation look like in practice?
1. We can frombuy land from you.

2. We can togetherundertake to create such a settlement, the scope of which will be consistent with the idea of BOtiny HOUSE and the target group of residents.

 

3/ Our role:
1. Production and delivery of BOtiny HOUSE facilities in PREMIUM quality
2. Creating a housing estate operation plan:
- creating an overriding idea

- land development project, including technical solutions

- supervision over the implementation of the estate

- sale of units to specific residents

4/your profit

The profit depends on the organizational nature of the estate and our cooperation and may result from:
1. From the sale of land or separate plots.

2. From the sale of BOtiny HOUSE facilities with your margin to new residents, if you buy them yourself from us earlier.

3. From other cyclical fees resulting from the functioning of the estate
