TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS:

The solutions used in our models are already the most optimal and adapted to most cases. The difference may be in the construction technology used - materials, availability of connections or individual customer preferences.

1. Windows and doors: Color anthracite RAL 7016 on both sides or white inside. Standard double-glazed windows as the lightest and narrowest. PVC profile. The possibility of using a triple glazing package, both PVC and aluminum.

2. Applied thermal insulations are dedicated to the area of Scandinavian countries. This means the highest possible insulation parameter against the cold. In the case of structures made of light structural steel, we use insulation with wool or spray foam, and PIR boards or wool in the case of wooden structures in the C24 category.

3. The standard finish of the floor is AC5 panel board. Possibility of finishing the floor with a vinyl panel or marmoleum.

4. Walls in the bathroom in the wet zone are finished as standard with light, moisture-resistant PVC chamber system boards. Possibility of using boards with a plywood core.

5. Furniture fronts made of plywood or MDF boards covered with laminate.

6. Standard furniture includes: custom-made kitchen furniture and living room furniture, bedside tables on the mezzanine and protective railings on the mezzanines (if there are mezzanines in a given model or personalized solution)

7. Bathroom equipment includes: a low shower tray with a slim drain, a glass shower cabin (except for the 03 BO_LT model), a headset, a cabinet with a washbasin with a battery, a mirror with or without a shelf.

8. As a standard, when the area allows for the use of water and sewage connections, we install a traditional compact or suspended toilet. We use any type of toilet also in accordance with the customer's preferences. It is possible to use a separation, composting, camping, incinerating or any other toilet.

9. Possibilities of additional heating: heating foil placed in the floor, wall or ceiling, electric heaters 1000-1500W x2

10. Possibilities of replacement heating: In case of limited access to electricity, the main heating can be provided by a goat stove or gas heaters x2
11. We use full-size 230W household appliances. Possibility of using low-voltage equipment (as in motorhomes). Possibility of using a cooking place from 2 to 4 positions.

12. A sleeping space with similar equipment and structural separation with a curtain from the living area, possible to be created on the surface of the luggage mezzanine, if it is present in a given model or configuration.
