TRADE COOPERATION

We invite people who are just starting their commercial adventure as well as people from the construction industry, offering houses or other related activities, who want to expand their offer with fully mobile PREMIUM objects from BOtiny HOUSE.
We dedicate our cooperation to both the Polish and foreign markets.

Your role during our cooperation may lead to functions:

1/ PROMOTOR    (sales agent)
2/ PARTNER    (dealer)

3/ BARTER cooperation    (exchange of offers)

 

 

PROMOTORS

 

1/ For whom:
1. Perfect forthe beginning for natural persons who like contact with other people and show predispositions to establish commercial relations (sales)
2. No need to have your own business or industry community
3. None has its own brand, but it will show the possibility of selling BOtiny HOUSE products

 

2/ BOtiny HOUSE's obligations:
1. Providing promotional materials (catalogues with the offer) with the BOtiny HOUSE logo and updating them
2. Implementation in the offer and possibilities of BOtiny HOUSE in the form of a meeting (training) or any online form

3. Substantive and ideological support during cooperation with the client and in reaching target groups of clients
4. Offering your products in accordance with the area of operation of the Promoter
5. Cooperation of the parties on consistent materials - price lists

3/ The purpose of the Promoter's activities:
1. Sale of facilities offered by BOtiny HOUSE

2. The promoter makes his own attempts to acquire customers, bearing in mind the good of the promoted BOtiny HOUSE brand (and appropriate and ethical methods)
 

4/ Profit:
1/ The promoter's profit is commissionable at the time of purchase by the client acquired by him

2/ BOtiny HOUSE may, at any time convenient for the parties, demonstrate further customer service, which will not release the Promoter from paying the commission.

PARTNERS (Dealer)

1/ For whom:
1. It will work for entities with their own recognizable brand (in the area of industry and local operation)

2. For entities that can extend their offer with products created by BOtiny HOUSE.

3. For entities with a stationary seat for customer service, which may be extended with the BOtiny HOUSE demonstration facility

2/ BOtiny HOUSE's obligations:
1. Providing "raw" promotional materials without the BOtiny HOUSE logo and updating them (especially prices)
2. Implementation in the offer and possibilities of BOtiny HOUSE in the form of a meeting (training)

3. Substantive and technical support

4. Selling or making the display facility available to the Partner

 

3/ The purpose of the Partner's activities:
1. Any marketing activities consistent with the Partner's company

2. Making attempts to acquire customers on your own

3. Sale of facilities by the Partner to its clients at any price, preceded by their purchase from BOtiny HOUSE

 

4/ Profit:

1. The Partner's profit is expressed as the difference between our price and the price of its sale. In other words, the "hill" of this difference belongs to the Partner.
2. The possibility of scaling the business thanks to long-term cooperation with BOtiny HOUSE - the producer

BARTER

 

1/ For whom:

1. For entities with their own industry brand

2. For entities that can extend their offer with products created by BOtiny HOUSE.

3. For entities with a stationary seat for customer service, which may be extended with the BOtiny HOUSE demonstration facility

2/ Obligations of BOtiny HOUSE and the Partner
1. Mutual transfer of promotional materials in the agreed form and updating them (especially prices)
2. The parties introduce each other to their offers in the form of a meeting (training)

3. Providing substantive and technical support

4. Possibility of selling or sharing the display objects between the Parties

5. Any marketing activities, but consistent with the manufacturer's company

6. Unification of sales channels and tools

7. Making attempts to acquire customers on your own

8. To sell the other Party's facilities to its customers on predetermined terms

2/ In the form of the difference between the base offer and the sale price
