1. Sketch project
A/ Contents:
1/ 3D views of the object from the outside
2/ 3D views of the object inside
3/ Description of preferred methods of solutions, including construction methods
4/ Contact details to proven implementation teams (with the best value for money, depending on the selected construction method).
B/ Value:
Price based on the selected BOtiny HOUSE model: € 250 net
2. Conceptual design
A/ Contents:
1. 3D views of the object from the outside
2. Basic dimensions of the building body (mainly length, width, window and door openings)
3. Color division of the general material on the facade, with a reference in the legend
4. Conceptual projection of the base (ground floor) with the functional arrangement of the interior and furniture
5. Conceptual projection of mezzanines (if any) with a functional layout
6. Description of the basic design assumptions that result in the proper functionality of the facility
B/ Value:
Price based on the selected BOtiny HOUSE model: € 500 net
Price based on a model created from scratch: € 850 net
3. Executive project
A/ Content
1. 3D views of the object from the outside
2. Elevations with the dimensions of the building from the outside on each side
3. Elevations with the dimensions of the building inside on each side
4. Ground floor plan with exact dimensions of design elements
5. Plan of mezzanines with exact dimensions and description of solutions
6. Material designation with a list, with a designation consistent with the drawings
7. Description of design assumptions and key implementation moments
8. Drawing details and sections of individual solutions
9. Installations: arrangement of end points on internal facades, such as connectors, contacts, lighting points, water and sewage connections, without installation diagrams

Price based on the model created from scratch: € 1250 net
4. Detailed design with structural design
A/ Content
1. 3D views of the object from the outside
2. Elevations with the dimensions of the building from the outside on each side
3. Elevations with the dimensions of the building inside on each side
4. Ground floor plan with exact dimensions of design elements
5. Plan of mezzanines with exact dimensions and description of solutions
6. Material designation with a list, with a designation consistent with the drawings
7. Description of design assumptions and key implementation moments
8. Drawing details and sections of individual solutions
9. Installations: arrangement of end points on internal elevations, such as connectors, contacts, lighting points, water and sewage connections, taking into account installation diagrams
10. Construction drawings divided into individual described modules with dimensions, along with 3D drawings with markings of individual modules. The solutions are dedicated to one selected method, which we agree on in advance and it can be:
- wood in category C24, for independent purchase and cutting,
- light structural steel, which can be commissioned to us to prepare, i.e. cut, transport and describe for self-assembly.

2/ COURSE
A/ Purpose
The aim of the course is the possibility of self-construction of a Tiny House analogous to our developed BOtiny House model by a person who has purchased access to the course. The course is dedicated mainly to people who speak Polish.

The course zbudujtinyhouse.pl is dedicated tofor people who want to professionally prepare their own facility. nand provOn the basis of our projects, an extensive video tutorial was created, which was divided into several modules in the order in accordance with the stages of the project.lysing.
C/ Content
The course participant receives access to the educational platform on our website in the form of video materials. During the access period, the number of plays of the material is unlimited.
3/ EBOOK
A/Idea
In the e-book in Polish, we describe practical issues with BOtiny HOUSE such as living, self-construction and the possibility of traveling or business use of Tiny House.
B/ Content

4/ CONSULTATIONS
A/Idea
If you need individual support during the construction of Tiny House, we can conduct an individual consultation for you in Polish, English or German. We provide our support based on many years of experience.
B/ Scope
Our conversation is aimed at finding a direction for an individual solution, starting from the use of an appropriate base, structure, facade or finishing materials, to installation and other technical solutions.
So we can efficiently go through the entire process of building a Tiny House, in accordance with its order.
C/ Technically
The meeting time is 1 clock hour. It is possible to extend the meeting time and help in developing and sending individual solutions developed by BOtiny HOUSE.
Our consultations take place online on a dedicated platform, where we have the option of sharing a desktop with e.g. ppreviously prepared materials. There is also the possibility of consultation at the place of your operation, or coming to us, which is also agreed individually.
The exact scope of the consultation and its date are discussed in advance by e-mail or by phone.
